PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Jacobs
Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it received a
contract from Nippon Shokubai Europe N.V. for detailed engineering,
procurement and construction management services for the expansion of
the Superabsorbent Polymer Plant and a new acrylic acid plant at
the Nippon Shokubai Europe site in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp), Belgium.
The total investment cost (TIC) of the installation is approximately
$390 million (350 million Euros). The project is scheduled to be
mechanically complete in October 2017.
In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Mark Bello
