Acquisition Positions Company as Premier Provider of Cybersecurity
Solutions

Jacobs
Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today it acquired The
Van Dyke Technology Group, Inc. (Van Dyke), a 180-person cybersecurity
firm specializing in identity and access management, threat mitigation
and other cybersecurity solutions for enterprise networks and
cloud-based IT environments.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Maryland, Van Dyke provides advanced cybersecurity services and
solutions designed to protect sensitive information within classified
networks, with a focus on supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
(IC). As a leading provider of identity and access management expertise,
Van Dyke continues to develop data management technologies that enable
seamless and secure information sharing within demanding environments.
