Jacobs
Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today it received a
contract to provide the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Missiles &
Space (PEO MS) with enterprise IT support services.
Under the terms of the contract, Jacobs is expected to provide data
center and cloud services; network and telecommunications operations and
maintenance; systems management; application development; disaster
recovery planning and support; cybersecurity and information assurance
support; and service desk operations for approximately 2,500 end-users
on multiple classified and unclassified networks.
The contract supports the PEO MS and its eight subordinate program
offices, as well as external Department of Defense (DoD) organizations
such as PEO Aviation, the Army Material System Analysis Activity and the
Edgewood Chemical Biological Center.
The contract is valued at $32.3 million over five years.
